To be let furnished and fitted with everything you need. Main House: 1 bedroom, a lounge/diner, kitchen and shower room plus a hallway/small extra room which can be used for storage. There is a woodburner plus double glazing.

Main Cottage: This is a rustic style property with 1 bedroom, a lounge/diner, kitchen and shower room plus a hallway/small extra room which can be used for storage. The property is double glazed and there is a woodburner for heating. There is mains electric and water; cooking and water heating is by calor gas.

Annexe: one room with a woodburner and 1/2 single bed/s, and a smaller room underneath which is used as a wood store.

The views from the patio are lovely and there are no immediate neighbours.

There are olive groves up on the terraces behind the house with places to sit in the shade or the sun. In front of the house is a plot of agricultural land with river frontage and there is another olive grove on the other side of the small river. Across the road from the house is a further plot of agricultural land with river frontage.

It is up to the tenant if they want to make use of any of the land.

Satellite English TV, telephone and internet are both fitted and working.

The house is set beside a road which links Serpins to Vilarinho and Lousã.

The local bar/restaurant/café is about 8 minutes walk up the road. Lousã is just a few minutes drive away and has everything you need with a choice of supermarkets, vets, health centre, dentists, restaurants etc.

There is a bus service from Serpins to Coimbra.
