Quinta do Retiro is new small scale holiday resort with three self catering luxury apartments, a comfortable, communal lounge, an eco friendly swimming pool and (limited) opportunities for camping. Here we would like to be able to offer you the chance to relax in natural, verdant and clean air surroundings.

We offer three luxury apartments that make up “Quinta do Retiro.” During the construction everything was taken into consideration to make your visit as comfortable as possible, no matter what time of year you wish to come to stay. We have not spared on the quality of the interior, from the bedding to the bathroom, everything is done to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Each of the three apartments catches the full sun all year round. They also have large verandas for shade and the necessary furniture for you to enjoy either the sun or a cooling breeze.

Casa Oliveirinha:
Semi-detached apartment with wheelchair access with a total area of app.
80sqm. Two bedrooms. First bedroom double bed, second bedroom two single
beds. Extension to max. 6 persons when convertible sofa/double bed in
sitting area is used.

Casa Covas:
Semi-detached with a total area of app. 55 sqm. Two bedrooms. First bedroom
double bed, second bedroom two single beds. Extension to max. 6 persons when
convertible sofa/double bed in sitting area is used.

Casa Retiro:
Free standing house with a total area of app. 50 sqm. One bedroom with a double
bed. Extension to max. 4 persons when convertible sofa/double bed in sitting
area is used.

Casa Oliveirinha is fully adapted for wheelchair users and to make this apartment comfortable for
quests who suffer from respiratory disaeses such as asthma/COPD or have an
allergy for house dust mites and related diseases such as eczema.On request
we can cover the mattresses and pillows with special anti-allergen covers.

Meals (If Available):
During summer months we offer our guests three times a week the opportunity to share a meal.

Extras (if any):
Possibility to rent a motorhome to explore more of Portugal.

Prices in euros:
From 495 euros per week during high season. Discounted rates 15-35% in medium or low season. Special rates for long term winter lets.

Winter Let
Discounted rates. Both apartments are very well insulated and adapted for long term winter let between Oct - April. Casa Oliveirinha is designed with wheelchair users and quests who suffer from respiratory diseases in mind. Please enquire.
Ecofriendly pool with 60 sq m crystal clear water. Naturally cleaned, so no use of chlorine, salts or any other irritating chemicals.
