The townhouse featured in the 27 March 2003 “I Want That House” programme on ITV1, and has been lovingly and tastefully decorated and furnished as a second home and to offer luxury holiday accommodation.

It is quietly situated within the well designed Porto dona Maria resort, located midway between the coastal villages of Praia da Luz and Bergau - both in walking distance.

It has a spacious living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, with views/access to terrace, and downstairs two bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms.

The townhouse is only a minutes walk to the breathtaking swimming pool, with uninterrupted and panoramic ocean views, and coastal footpath into Luz and Bergau. Luz offers supermarkets, and together with Bergau there are excellent restaurants to suit all tastes.

In the west of the Algarve, Porto Dona Maria is stunningly situated on the cliff tops, with breathtaking ocean views. Bounded by the Western Algarve national park on one side and the stylish town of Lagos with it’s marina on the other, Porto Dona Maria is a perfect holiday destination - anytime of the year. Beaches are just a short walk away - Praias da Luz & Bergau to the east and west. For the golf enthusiast, the Parque da Floresta and Boavista Golf Resorts are each only 3-4km away.

Meals (If Available):
Porto done Maria caters for all your needs: there's a small grocery on the resort for regular items, and this also serves a typically Portuguese menu too. Near the reception there is the L'Escargo restaurant serving a very good a la carte menu. There is a home delivery service if you wish. In addition, at the poolside is a small cafe to salads, sandwiches, and refreshments.

750 Euros per month for minimum 6 month contract period, excluding July & August.

Longterm lets of 12 months or more are welcome.

750 euros per month (excl. utilities) for 6+ month rental.
