A lovely, tastefully renovated house, situated in a quiet street in
the charming village of Povoa de Midoes, 7 kilometres from Tabua.

The two upper floors of this property are to let; they have their own private entrance. The first floor is about 110 m2 and the second floor 60 m2.

On the first floor you will find the living room with an open fireplace, a kitchenette with all the necessary appliances and a dining space. There are also two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an access to a secluded patio. On the second floor there is another living room with a beautiful view of the mountains, a bedrooms and a bathroom.

The apartment will be let furnished.

Gas, electricity and water are not included in the rent.

Selfcatering holiday rentals:
180 euros per week (including electricity, water and gas) from October till April.
240 euros per week (including electricity, water and gas) from May till September.

450 euro per month (4-5 persons, excluding electric, water and gas)
