The house has a large open plan sitting room / dining room / kitchen. This is very attractive room with stone walls, feature wood ceiling and good views of the surounding countryside.It is fully furnished including a bed settee (sleeps 1 adult or 2 children),wood burning stove and T.V. receiving Sky free to air broadcasting and a telephone line with ADSL internet connection.

The kitchen area is equiped with fridge/freezer,microwave, free standing cooker, kettle and toaster.
The bedroom has a king size bed, side tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The bathroom has a full suite with shower above the bath and a heated towel rail.

A further bedroom is accessed via a seperate external door. This has a double bed, a single matress on a raised plinth, clothes rail, desk and wicker storage chest.

Outside there are enclosed private patios and an elevated front terrace, enjoying far reaching views of the surrounding area. There is also a utility room with the use of a washing machine.

The friendly local shop/bar is a few minutes walk away and fresh bread is delivered to your door daily, if required.

The town of Ansiao is only 5 minutes drive and has all the amenities you would expect from a market town, including a lively outdoor market on Saturday mornings. It also has a cinima showing original language films and an indoor swimming pool.The university town of Coimbra, the world heritage site of Tomar, the pilgrimage town of Fatima and the Atlantic coast, are all only 45 minutes drive.
