Well Equipped, Ground Floor,Non-Smoking,Self-Catering,Holiday Studio Appartment sleeps 2-4 less than 10mins from the Knights'Templar City of Tomar. This quiet,peaceful location with fabulous pool and terrace overlooking TOMAR is the perfect place for you to relax, see the sights or Househunt.

Situated up high on the edge of a typical quiet,unspoilt Portuguese village, Casa Rosden has beautiful views of TOMAR from the Poolside Terrace.
Swimming Pool, BBQ, Al-Fresco eating areas, and a warm welcome from the owners, await you here in Central Portugal.
The Annexe Sleeps 2-4 Adults in 2 rooms plus shower room. 2 adults share 1 double bed and 2nd room has either another double or 2 singles, whichever you prefer.
There is a wardrobe, Bedside cabinets, Bedside lamps and a Radio Alarm.
Electric Convector heaters are supplied for winter and and there is a ceiling fan in summer. There is a Smoke alarm fitted.
The well equipped kitchen area has a large Fridge, Microwave,2 ring Electric hob,small oven/grill,kettle & toaster. Ample crockery, glasses, cutlery and utensils are provided.
There is a Retro ‘Glass’ Table & chairs for dining inside and patio doors from the studio lead directly to an outside table & chairs, undercover of a terrace or in the newly extended BBQ seating area. There is also a fryer ouside, additional microwave and BBQ.
Washing Machine facilities are available ( small charge applies). Iron & Board supplied in Annexe. Hoover available for use if needed.
There is a Pergola in the BBQ area which provide shade for our guests.
The Studio also has TV Cabinet with TV /satellite box and comfortable armchairs, for viewing your favourite English programes.
Free WiFi Internet Access is available for those important E-Mails home.
The Patio doors have a 'privacy' blind and electric rolling night shutters.
The En-suite bathroom is fully tiled with shower cabinet, WC and wash hand basin, with mirror & light over. Storage trolley and a hairdryer are also supplied.
All Towels/Tea Towels/Bedding are supplied FOC and changed as necessary.
Our beautiful 10 x 4 metre swimming pool with Poolside shower, sunbathing terrace, sunbeds and parasols is available for our guests use.
(note: Pool closed :End Oct-End March - subject to weather)
No smoking inside the Studio please.
A car is highly recommended to make the most of your holiday.
We have a very large off road car park for our guests use.

Meals (If Available):
Self-Cater or choose one of the several good restaurants close by which serve both lunches and dinner. We are less than 10mins drive to the centre of Tomar where you will find many more and all the facilities you will need.

Washing Machine Facilities are available for a small extra charge
Linen, Hairdryer, Towels and Tea Towels are all supplied free of charge.
There is also an Iron,Ironing board for our guests use.

20% deposit required to a secure booking with us. Payments in Sterling by Pay-pal or bank transfer prior to arrival. Preferred balance payments in Euros cash on arrival please.

A Welcome pack (fruit, wine of your choice, milk and bottled water) is provided 'with our compliments' for stays of a week or more. Comlimentary Tea/coffee/sugar is supplied.
