Newly renovated self contained apartment (Sleeps 6), two double bedrooms one with en-suite, and a twin. This an ideal opportunity to relax and take in the beautiful Silver Coast.

The apartment consists of three bedrooms (one double en suite, one double and one twin), large kitchen /dining room, living room and four piece bath room.

The spacious south facing terrace with patio furniture and BBQ opens onto a large garden. There is parking for up to three cars.

The kitchen has an electric cooker with hob and extractor, free standing fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and is fully equipped with all utensils.

The apartment is centrally heated.

Located in the quiet village of Carreira which offers two small shops, café, post office and cash point. For further facilities such as supermarket, chemist and bank these can all be found in Monte Redondo, 2km or 5 mins drive.

Portugal's historic Silver Coast is 8km or 10 mins drive with its miles of rolling beaches is a must at any time of year.

There is also a large lake nearby (Erveida) with a man made white sand beach and café facilities, which is ideal for BBQ. The lake is surrounded by a picturesque forest and is perfect for long walks.

The historic university city of Leiria is located 15km or 20mins drive away, it is a great opportunity to shop and relax
in the cafés/bars and tree lined squares that Leiria has to offer.

Possible local day trips include the monasteries of Batalha and Alocabaca which are truly impressive and very peaceful.

Information on all local attractions can be found in the apartment. Please ask the owner for any detailed directions or advice on the local area.

Four chimneys is located a short distance from the N109 which connects directly by motorways (A1 and A8) to both Lisbon and Porto.

The entire apartment is newly renovated, decorated and furnished offering a great opportunity to enjoy Portugal’s silver coast in style.

All utilities, bedding and towels are supplied and included in the rental price.
Fresh produce available, when in season, from the garden.

Prices in euros:
May-Sept: 500E per week
Oct-Apr: 350E per week
20% deposit is required on booking
The rest of the balance needs be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
If the reservation is within 4 weeks the total amount needs to be paid on booking.

Longterm Rental
May-Sept: 400E per week for a 4 week or longer.
Oct-Apr 500E per month for a 4 weeks or longer.
