Basic rustic house for longterm rental. Spacious and very barely furnished, set in a very large garden on the edge of a lively village.
The house is set in its own grounds of about a hectare. It has very little furniture, so is perfect for people bringing their own.
Downstairs consists of:
two smaller rooms, one of which could serve as a bedroom with a gas heater.
a large open plan living room / dining room / kitchen, with woodburning range.
a large bathroom (with a bath).
Upstairs, accessed by wooden stairs, is a huge open room, with two double mattresses.
A quiet location, very near to civilisation.
Situated on the outskirts of Povoa de Midoes, there are 5 bars within a 15 minute walk, two shops, restaurant and infant school.
The town of Tabua, with all facilities, is a 5 minute drive from the village. Coimbra, the local city is 40 minutes away by car or by train from Santa Comba Dao.
The river Mondego is a 5 minute drive from this property.
Prices in euros:
385 euros per month, excluding electricity, gas, water, telephone and wood.
Longterm Rentals:
385 euros per month, excl. of services.
Rented until at least september.
