A lovely self contained newly renovated fully fitted apartment in a secluded and tranquil location amongst pine forest & gardens with a large private terrace. Local amenities - village and 2 supermarkets are 3 km away.

The guest house is self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, 4 ring hob, fridge, bar-b-q. Also provided is English satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo system. A large lending library for English Language books and DVDs is available. There is a big private terrace perfect for catching the sun or relaxing over an evening bar-b-q. Accommodation comprises one double bedroom, a modern wet-room shower & living / dining area. For winter use there is a wood burning stove. There is ample parking space, linen and towels are provided. An outdoor ping-pong table is also available. There is a fantastic local market on saturdays in Figueiro & other information on local places of interest is available such as local river swimming available at Anna Aldeia de Avis or San Simao 5 mins drive.

Use of washing machine. A 5m Bell tent is available for use in the grounds - bedding can be provided.
