Pretty stone cottage to sleep 6.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has a single bed, with pull out guest bed beneath.

The living room/dining room is comfortably furnished and has a bed settee (sleeps 2), 2 arm chairs and dining table and chairs.
There is also a TV, music centre, ADSL and SKY free to air".
There are books, games and pamphlets on local places of interest.
The living room has a wood burner.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4 ring hob unit, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and fridge-freezer.
It has an open fireplace for winter use.
Fully tiled modern shower room with shower cubical, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin with vanity unit.

Outside there is an informal garden with traditional stone threshing circle, providing a terrace for relaxing, BBQing and enjoying views of the countryside.(outdoor furniture and BBQ provided).

The local shop is 2 minutes walk and provides for all your basic needs. It also has a small bar where you can enjoy a glass of wine for 25c! The town of Ansião is only 5 minutes drive and has all the amenities you would expect from a market town, including a lively, weekly outdoor market on Saturday mornings. It also has a cinema showing original language films and an indoor swimming pool. In nearby Pombal there is an aqua-park.

The cottage is ideally situated for a relaxing break or for exploring the many and varied places of interest to visit in central Portugal. The breathtaking beauty of the Atlantic coastline is 45 minutes drive away.

An amount of firewood is provided during winter rentals.

40 euros per night

We are offering 10% discount on the cost of the second week on bookings of 2 consecutive weeks.

Prices are based on 2 person occupancy. There is an additional charge of 4 euros per extra person per night.

50% booking deposit.

Balance to be paid in full 28 days prior to holiday.

Longterm Rental
450 euros per month. (electricity, gas, ADSL and firewood extra).
With ADSL and Sky TV.
