Newly renovated to a very high standard, the two Quinta Jual cottages offer a choice of quality bed & breakfast or self-catering accommodation.
Quinta Jual offers exemplary accommodation in the peace and quiet of rural portugal, within 10 minutes of the town centre of Vila Nova de Poiares.
The one bedroom 'Bread' cottage, with private shower/toilet has been renovated to a very high standard - kitchen, television (portuguese channels), and a 'Salamander' burner.
The second cottage (The Stable) has an ensuite double and twin bedrooms, living room with a 'Salamander' woodburner and small kitchen, renovated and furnished to the same high standard. For your use: microwave, cd player and hairdryer, gas cooker and fridge/freezer. Gazebo with garden furniture etc.
Both cottages are positioned slightly away from the owners house, with their own entrance, providing increased privacy. The swimming pool and poolside bar, with breakfast room is shared. The bar has english satellite TV installed. Outside barbecue area next to the pool and shared washing machine.
The Quinta is on the route for many nature-walks, and has telescopes available to clients for birdwatching, astronomy etc
Plenty of off-road parking next to the accommodation.
Prices in euros:
One Bedroom (Bread) Cottage:
1st Saturday in May to the last week in September: 375 per week
Rest of year: 275 per week.
Two bedroom (Stable) Cottage:
1st Saturday in May to the last week in September: 450 per week
Rest of year: 300 per week.
10% deposit to confirm bookings.
