Quinta Vale Pero Cosme is a 4 hectare riverside property on which stands the owner's private home plus a seperate large guesthouse providing two self-catering apartments. Canoes and a motor boat are available for hire. The apartments have a private terrace with barbecue and a pretty garden in addition to the large grounds of the quinta that are at your disposal. There is ample parking space provided.
The quinta is just 5 minutes from the village of Póvoa de Midões which has small shops and bars. Tábua is approx 7km and has a wide range of shops, a supermarket, banks, restaurants, bars and weekly (Sunday) and monthly (first Tuesday) market. The towns of Oliveira do Hospital and Arganil are both within 20km and have a wider range of shops, supermarkets, banks, cinema, markets, etc. There is plenty to do and see in the area.
The largest apartment sleeps up to 7 people and consists of 3 double bedrooms plus a further bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, 2 shower rooms and 3 toilets.
The smaller apartment sleeps up to 5 people and consists of a double bedroom and a further bedroom with 3 single beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, and shower room with toilet.
Prices in euros:
Large apartment: 515 per week
Small apartment: 435 per week
30% deposit payable on booking
Extras:
Canoe hire: 10 per person per day
Motor boat hire: 10 per person per day plus 10 for fuel
Firewood winter season: 20 per 0.5m3 (enough for about 1 week)
Long term rentals:
Rent per month: 440 euros
Gas, Electricity & Water included.
Firewood NOT included.
One month rent required as security deposit.
